Remove and replace the mouldy bath sealant with suitable anti-mould sanitary silicone. Only a touch up paint for the landing and bedrooms, not a full repaint. Reinstate the window restrictors and provide/replace the missing key as required. Reinstall the kitchen drawer handle.
