Put up 3 curtain rails, one single, and two double and hang the curtains.

2 doors need to be screwed back on to door frame as the hinge as become detached (bedroom doors). And my living room door needs amending as part of the door has become detached as you will see in the third pic. The priority is the two bedroom doors.

As you'll see in the pictures, our bathroom sink pipe has completely broken off. We'll need a replacement pipe. We don't have a ladder unfortunately. The second task is still in the bathroom but the extractor fan isn't working anymore so we'll need someone to have a look at it. Lastly we need the hot water section of the facet changed.

Light socket/bulb holder - The bulb holder on the first-floor corridor is faulty and no longer holds a bulb. Please replace it with a new holder and fit a new bulb. 2. Window handle - The window handle is broken. Please see the attached photo. The window is currently not closing properly and needs to be fixed. 3. Toilet seat - The toilet seat is brand new, but the tenants do not know how to install it. Please fit it securely for them. 4. Doorbell - The doorbell outside the house is no longer ringing.
