Find a professional local handyman in Essex

I have a bath/shower screen that needs to be drilled into the tiled bathroom wall. I also need 2 wall mounted clothes rails to go up on my bedroom wall. The wall is difficult to drill into, please bear this in mind. I have both the screen and rails here. I have added pictures.

I have a kitchen window which from wall to wall is about 83cm width by 100cm height. I dont have a blind yet so was hoping I voujd get help jn buying one and installing it too.

I am the landlord of a house in Goodmayes, RM6 4DE, and I am looking for a handyman to fix 4 simple issues. Please see photos attached. The work required is as follows: 1. Light socket/bulb holder - The bulb holder on the first-floor corridor is faulty and no longer holds a bulb. Please replace it with a new holder and fit a new bulb. 2. Window handle - The window handle is broken. Please see the attached photo. The window is currently not closing properly and needs to be fixed. 3. Toilet seat - The toilet seat is brand new, but the tenants do not know how to install it. Please fit it securely for them. 4. Doorbell - The doorbell outside the house is no longer ringing. It may only need a new battery. If so, please buy and replace the battery. If the bell itself is faulty, please buy a basic replacement doorbell from the local shop, and fit it. ... 1. Two TV's need to be hung on the walls. One of which has a bracket already on the wall but needs to be strengthened, the other needs to bracket to be installed. 2. The sofa is a modular (ready-made) one and needs to be put together. 3. IKEA furniture assembly - we have two small cabinets that need to be assembled and hung on the wall, along with 3 IKEA shelves (which need to be trimmed slightly by approximately 4cm and hung on the wall in between the two cabinets. There is a skip on site with all empty bozes to be cleared at the end of the job

We have a bathtub with a curtain rail at the moment. Want that replaced with a bath/shower screen. Need supply and installation
