Overgrown small west london garden needs plants and weeds clearing and decking treated - Due date: Flexible

We are moving out of our property in a couple of months and need the garden tidying up a bit. It’s a small area of patio (4.8m x 2.9m) so won’t require any lawn work, just quite a bit of de-weeding, pruning and cutting back of a couple of bushes as well as the removal of the waste. It’s a first floor flat of a period property and the garden is accessed via a ‘trap door’ in the kitchen, so overly large equipment is tricky to get down there.
