This is not a landscaping project or patio replacement – we simply want the exterior of the property left clean, tidy and well presented. Front Garden Remove all decorative gravel and dispose of the existing weed membrane. Remove all weeds from paving, walls, kerbs and boundaries. Cut back and tidy all shrubs and bushes. Sweep and tidy all paths and paved areas. Remove all gravel, membrane, weeds and green waste from site. Rear Garden Remove weeds, moss and vegetation from the block paving patio. Sweep and tidy the entire patio area. Lift and reset any loose edging blocks where possible. Refill paving joints with kiln-dried sand after repairs. Organise all pots, planters and reusable garden items into one neat location. Remove all green waste and debris from site. Please note No pressure washing required. No patio replacement or major landscaping required. No work required to flower beds, borders, trees or the lawn. The patio is being replaced next year, so we are only looking for cosmetic improvements and minor repairs. Please quote for the complete job, including waste removal.
