Bought new home with pool and jacuzzi. Need both to be cleaned and maintained.

I need someone who can clean a marine fish tank and do a water change. This will be ongoing as I need someone monthly and on other unforeseen occasions. Experience needed . My tank is 420liters

Back garden patio: Weeding again so that patio is useable to sit at. There may be an ant hill that requires attention. Back garden: lawn mowing, trim, full clean up so that it’s all presentable. Note: that is a vine leaf plant in the garden that is overgrown, it should not be removed, only trimmed and downsized. The garden should be left in a clean and mostly empty state when finished. Side: As an additional for my side of the semi: I would like some care taken to make this presentable and clean, however this is not priority for the job, merely posted as consideration. I require green waste removal. I have one green waste bin but this may fill quickly. I do not have the necessary tools for this job so please bring yours.
