Simple install of new freestanding electric cooker

I need a new consumer unit fitted to upstairs ring. We’ve chased out all walls to fit 35mm back boxes and run the new electrical cables for the socket and light rings. We’ve brought the cables down to under the stairs and need a qualified electrician to fit the new consumer unit so there is power to the new upstairs rings and also keep power to the old downstairs ring.
