I have a commercial unit and I need a sink moved and plumbed in. Frankly the existing plumbing thats there is a bit of a shambles but there are water lines and drainage already in place to connect to (may need a 90° ½" connector to connect flexi pipe), it would be a matter of cutting the existing waste pipe using a tee and a little pipe work (maybe a 135 bend to bring it up to level) then connect a trap to it. Also to cap of the end of the existing waste. The kicker is this is all 1.5 solvent waste. Also I need someone gas safe and competent to help me disconnect a cooker.

Looking to move a socket wire a few inches to the left to hand centrally over a mirror. This would require chipping out a small amount of plaster, moving the flex and replastering.

I am looking for a comprehensive service, not just a basic safety check. Work required: • Front tyre has an active leak — inflates to 30 PSI but goes completely flat again within hours. The fan has three wires and the wiring is not very clear in our house where the fan will be fitted. The wiring seems to be non standard so we need an electrician that can properly test the wiring so that the fan is installed correctly and safely.
