I have a few things in my house that need doing so I need a plumber/Electrition. First thing first washing machine is spazzing out because it was blocked, it needs cleaning again and factory reset. Second thing is shower water isn’t getting hot enough because there was a radiator leak in the bathroom. My husband tightened it which stopped the leak. But since then, not much hot water so I think the radiator valve needs changing.

The flexible duct between my extractor fan exhaust and the exhaust pipe has become disconnected and needs reaffixing Not sure if the existing flexible ducting is still good or needs to be outright replaced
