I would like to request a quotation for a small joinery job in my kitchen in NW2, London. I have a tall cabinet where the fridge is built in, and I’m replacing the fridge with a new one that is 20 cm taller. I would like to keep the overall kitchen height exactly the same, but shorten the cabinet above the fridge by 20 cm so that the new fridge fits properly. The job would include: • Removing the top cabinet door and cutting down the cabinet height by 20 cm; • Adjusting the internal shelf and back panel accordingly; • Cutting and refitting the same cabinet door to match the new height; • Refinishing the cut edges to match the existing wood veneer. Looking for a carpenter or joiner to supply and fit a custom MDF panel to fill the gap between kitchen wall units and the ceiling. The kitchen includes corner cabinets and a slightly uneven ceiling, so precise cutting and fitting will be important. The goal is a clean, contemporary finish — ideally spray-painted white in matt, with light caulking where needed to smooth the edges. Experience in kitchen cabinet finishing or similar bespoke joinery work preferred.

I wanted to see if a joiner could make some bespoke wardrobes in my master bedroom.
