Hi, I have some issues that I need repaired in a property in North Greenwich after a leak. 1. Bathroom repainted two coats of white paint 2. Outside the bathroom, on adjacent wall there is some leak damage to wall, needs repairs. 3. Need bathroom vanity mirror replaced 4. Need bedroom door realigned/ bottom shaved as not closing properly. 5. A few laminate flooring pieces off wood have popped, and need glueing back down. Price is for labour, we will cover the costs for materials separately.

There are total of 12 steps in my very narrow entryway that leads to the first floor. The entryway and the staircase and ceiling area requires painting. Floor height is roughly 4.7m high from ground floor to first floor. To also install polystyrene coving moulding on the ceiling. (I’ve done the rest of the apartment myself it is the height/obstacle of the staircase area I struggle with).
