There’s a flat that has a very specific smell that won’t go away. It’s not a bad smell or a good smell it’s just a smell. There was a fire in the building next door a few years ago and the landlord tells me that it could be related but I’m not sure. I just want the smell gone.

Sage dual boiler steam function having having trouble. I don’t think it is blocked because it randomly worked. Seems to be a temperature / pressure issue. Or maybe the lever? Machine otherwise very well looked after and light to moderately used, 1-3 coffees a day on average

Double job: My dishwasher requires a spring replacement on it’s door. The door does not open or close properly. I have a Beko dishwasher, model: DIN15R10. Additionally, I need to replace the small wall hangers to be able to hold up a heavy wooden piece of art in the shape of a mural.

The door to my integrated fridge/freezer needs fixing. 2 hinges need fixing. I ordered a new integrated fridge/freezer this week. The men who came to install the fridge/freezer would not fit it as they said that the door is not safe and so I won't be able to get a new fridge/freezer until it's fixed. As it's a big door they suggested fixing another hinge to the door so that it has 4 hinges instead of 3. I am worried that if the job is not done properly when I arrange for the new fridge/freezer to be redelivered they will refuse to install it again. Ideally I would like someone who has experience in this area.

Little bit of water leaks out the bottom when washing clothes. Only interested in a quick cheap fix. Considering getting a new one if not

I recently purchased a Bosch Serie 6 dishwasher, and shortly after installation, I encountered an issue with the water not draining during the wash cycle. I attempted to troubleshoot it myself, but now I'm getting the error E:61-03. I need someone to come and fix the issue today. We had a plumber several years ago connect the washing machine to the bath tub water supply outlet, however he did an extremely poor job and the machine always gets drainage issues, with clothes currently stuck inside it. Another plumber had a look once and said the pipes would need some sort of cladding or support.

Electric oven is not working and needs to be repaired , could be the element. Zanussi freestanding oven not heating up but hob and grill working fine!
