New washing machine won’t drain properly. Had some bedding in the drum for the last 2 days as the lock is still on and won’t allow me to open door because there is still some water inside of the drain and won’t drain when I put it on the spin cycle. Shouldn’t need any replacements as appliance is brand new.

The washing machine is stopping halfway through cycles, not draining or spinning, and leaking water from the filter area. I checked the filter as advised, but there is a blockage in the pump that I cannot safely remove. The appliance is unplugged.

My Hisense washing machine is showing an F03 error. This usually means the drain/filter at the bottom needs to be opened and cleared (likely a sock or debris). I need someone to open the bottom drain/filter access and drain the water This is a simple job. No parts required.
