I need two people to help lift and position my appliances: • Lift the washing machine and place it securely onto a roller base (already purchased). • Lift the tumble dryer and place it onto a stacking kit/base which is placed on top of the washing machine (also already purchased). • No plumbing or electrical work required — just safe lifting and positioning of the two appliances onto their respective bases (the dryer will need to be placed on top for the washing machine). • The appliances are in my utility room, with easy access.

It had a E30 error code and I took the top off to access the latch and in doing so I’ve made things worse. Motor on recliner not lighting uo ...changed fuse but still not work

We currently have two Heatmiser Neostat v2 thermostats installed in our home, along with an RF Switch v2 and a UH8-RF v2. One of the thermostats is used to control our radiators, while the other manages the underfloor heating system. We’ve been having ongoing difficulties getting either thermostat to consistently switch the heating systems on or off. We’ve tried resetting and re-pairing both systems several times. While they may initially appear to function correctly for a short period, the thermostats inevitably stop communicating with the RF Switch and UH8-RF devices. At first, we suspected that the issue might be linked to our old boiler (which was over 20 years old), but having replaced the boiler, the issue remains unresolved. We also attempted to relocate the thermostats closer to the RF units to improve signal strength, but this has made no difference. To date, two separate boiler engineers have tried to diagnose the issue, but neither has been able to identify the root cause or offer a solution.

I bought a washing machine that needs installing

Taking away a dryer. It's outside the home, runs but I think the heating element isn't working

Matrix commercial cross trainer E5XC screen has stopped working so only works on manual mode. However, it does occasionally come on and works fine and there is definitely power to the machine, which has been checked by an electrician. I have been advised it could be needing a service and clean as moisture may have got in to the components. The task is to service and clean with any parts being extra.

We have 4 chimney breasts, 2 with open fires, that all have old gas fireplace restrictor elbows (think that’s what they’re called?) that are sticking out of the floor next to them. Photos of all 4 included. We need someone to remove them and cap off the pipe under the floorboards. NOTE: - Corgi gas safe registered engineers only please. - We have original floorboards and would like someone who will be sensitive to this and not gouge them with screwdrivers and cause damage (you would be surprised how often people do this).
