Washing machine is letting off an unpleasent smell. We think it might be drainage issue. Please help!

I have a Bosch SMV40C00GB/66 integrated dishwasher, and I believe the heating element needs replacing. The tap icon is flashing after every wash and the water remains cold throughout. The filter is clean and the impeller also appears to operate as expected. I’ve also not been anywhere near the pipe work so can’t imagine supply is suddenly restricted.

I have a double BEKO oven which needs a new motor and fan but the ngineer was unable to take the oven out of its integrated cupboard spacedue to the the installation being completed wit only a short lead. I need a new longer power cord to be installed so that the oven can then be taken out of its slot and repaired.

We want to move our washing machine from the ground floor of our house to the lower ground floor. The drainage for the house occurs on the ground floor out the back of the house and so a sump pump (https://www.screwfix.com/p/saniflo-sanivite-grey-water-pump/143FV) needs to be installed to take the grey water out of the appliances and pump if up a floor to where the old washing machine was and then from there there is waste piping to the outside of the house. There are water inputs available for the washing machine in a neighbouring storage room that need to be connected. - Due date: Flexible

Would like a qualified gas technician who knows how to work on bottled systems. We have a Thetford triplex stove connected to propane bottle via gas regulator. Since moving in one of the three hobs and the grill has not worked (as soon as dial is released the gas stops flowing - unsure if a problem with the thermocouple). Since then another of the hobs has stopped working, just has very low gas flow. Would like for these to be fixed and the hoses+piping inspected for general safety. - Due date: Flexible
