I need someone to: 1. Widen hole in counter top to fit new hob, and fit and secure hob into hole (the hob has already been connected to the circuit by an electrician) 2. Fit new toilet seat 3. Replace flush mechanism and flush button in toilet cistern. I will also need advice on what flush mechanism to buy.

The washing machine door latch is faulty / broken / needs replacing - its currently prventing the door from shutting / locking, so the cycle won't start. The machine brand / model is a 1600 A*** Hoover (8kg)

The existing wooden worktop is slightly too small for the new appliance. The worktop requires about 2cm to be removed from one side with an electric saw. Requires appropriate sealant to be applied around hob/worktop. The hob needs to be wired into an existing “choc block” connector by a qualified electrician in order to comply with the landlord’s regulations. Estimated job should take 2hours max.
