I need a washing machine disconnected as well as a cooker

Battery is running low in siren on outside wall of house - battery needs replacing. Requires ladder to reach as just under guttering of 2 floor house.

I just had a significant water leak under the sink and onto the hardwood floor after running the dishwasher for the first time. The hose from the dishwasher was not connected for some reason. Luckily I was standing there so I was able to stop it and dry everything immediately. But I’m not sure if I’ve fixed properly because the hose doesn’t screw in anywhere.. so need a fix to this

We need to replace our washing machine but currently we can’t remove the wall plug because it has been routed under the baseboards. We need someone to come and work out where it goes and enable us to unplug it so it can be replaced.

Top heating element is stuck and wont unscrew i have tried but not moving, the tank has been drained down as far as the top element, only contact if you are 100%, you can remove, boiler is a pulsa coil model, drain valve also broke at the bottom, new elements are on site, if you can replace both that would be great

We need a washing machine removed and the new one fitted. The company who delivered were not able to do this for red tape reasons. It is on the 2nd floor of a block of flats.
