Microwave oven is not working. I am getting sound and light but heating is not working

Our oven runs from the sockets circuit and so you will need to fit a plug to the new Zanussi oven and then plug it into the socket available. I had an electrician round yesterday who installed a new fuse board and checked the circuits so I am sure that this is OK. Please could you provide the plug and include the cost of that in the quote? Thanks.

Have been told i need a new safety switch

the bottom oven (brand: Stoves) does not work. The fan turns on but no heat is generated. Also, there is an issue with the hinge on the top oven/grill door and it wont stay fully open - it will flip back closed when you leave it.

Need electric Oven removed and a new one installed.

Oven is a kenwood, the oven light works i can hear the fan working but the oven doesn’t heat up
