A plumber to fix a leaking pipe from washing machine ( please see photo attached) and also to check my shower is it might be leaking and damaging the flat underneath

Shower head has snapped off and needs a new hose and head

My toilet cistern is leaking water from underneath the tank, dripping down onto the floor beneath it. I've traced the water with dye/marker lines and confirmed the leak is coming from the bottom of the cistern rather than higher up on the tank walls. I haven't been able to find a visible crack on the outside of the tank, so it may be a failed seal or washer rather than a crack in the porcelain — possibly the flush valve outlet washer, the tank-to-pan connecting bolts, or the fill valve inlet seal (photos attached showing the internal fittings). It could also be a hairline crack near the base that isn't visible without draining and drying the tank fully. Looking for someone to: Properly diagnose the exact source of the leak (washer/seal vs. crack) Replace the faulty washer/seal, or replace the cistern/toilet if the tank itself is cracked Happy to send more photos. Water has been temporarily patched but needs a proper fix.
