Shower valve thermostatic cartridge has failed. Unfortunately the retailer can’t source a replacement cartridge so I’ve had to buy the whole shower valve again and it needs to be replaced like for like.

I have leakage on my showers that started affecting the ceilings, as appears on the photo, I need an experienced plumber to fix these leakages and ceilings with reasonable price, the price on the post is just a number to post not an estimate as I don't know the amount of work that will be needed. We are available Tomorrow Sunday and Monday. We prefer Mornings as the work might take long hours.

need help replacing my old single bathtub taps with my new mixer one that comes with a shower. and also my old sink taps needs to be replaced with new 2lever taps. (the new fittings are black seen in picture) - please, somebody local because i wont be paying for your travel/congestion

In one of the bathrooms there is an electric shower, the trey for said shower is not sealed properly and has been leaking. I’d like it have this resealed. There are two bathrooms side by side, both toilets run on along the same wall to a shared waste pipe, however I’ve had issues with a few leaks coming form the flexi waste pipe(which we’ve used because one of the toilets sits 90 degrees to the wall) I’d like to Rotate the toilet so it sits flush against the wall where the waste pipe is rather than using a flexi

We have a mixer tap in the kitchen which has started leaking from the levers.

- The door handles in my flat are not secured very tightly. The bathroom is being held together by ducktape - another doesn't fully close. - I have an issue with my sink - there is a leak when too much water goes down, doesn't look to be a very big issue - component is loose. See pictures below

Leaking taps: - One continues to drip even when turned off (so I think needs tightening) - Another leaks considerably everytime the tap is turned on. - Shower can also continue to run after it's been turned off

Currently, we have a mixer bar shower installed, but we would like this replaced with a new electric shower. We would prefer if interested tradespeople could visit the property first to assess what’s possible, and then provide advice and a quotation for: - Checking existing wiring and consumer unit suitability. - Advising on the maximum kW rating shower we can safely install (8.5 / 9.5 / 10.5 kW). - Installing and fitting a suitable electric shower, we will supply the unit. We would like to install a 10.5 kW shower, but please check first if this is possible and if not, what would we need in order to be able to do so. Open to negotiation afterwards depending on the work deemed needed.

The electric shower temperature control is not working properly, when showering only has really hot boiling water or really cold water. When trying to adjust it to medium it doesn’t do that

External pipe connecting shower and drain is leaking. Pipe is external, going down the wall. Will need a ladder; we can provide this if required
