The scope should just involve: Checking compatibility of the supplied components. Connecting the hose and regulator to the appliance and cylinder. Leak testing and confirming safe operation. Issuing a brief note or confirmation of the test results. There is no new fixed pipework or additional materials required, and the work should take no more than one hour. Please provide a fixed quote (labour only, inclusive of VAT and call-out) and confirm: The engineer’s Gas Safe number and that they’re certified for LPG outdoor appliances. Best regards, Kevin

Toilet in en-suite bathroom is blocked and toilet plunger hasn’t worked

There is low pressure to the toilet flush even though the water level is cistern is high enough. Also the water clears the bowl quickly so no blockages below. Not sure why there is low pressure other than the blockage between the cistern and the toilet. Also the pump keeps running and I suspect the toilet is leaking water for some reason. Would you be able to solve the toilet flush pressure problem?

There is an unpleasant smell coming from my en-suite bathroom. It comes and goes, but it has been around for the last couple of days. I live in a modern apartment block.

We are experiencing low water pressure for cold water in my kitchen sink, which is affecting the functionality of my washing machine and dishwasher.
