I have peeling kitchen cabinet doors. Which I need fixed.

I need someone to paint my (currently grey) microcement floor with grey floor paint, which I’ll supply (10L). It’s been down around 6 years and it’s showing its age a bit. -The larger furniture (mainly the sofa and dining table) will need to be moved out on to the patio and covered with tarp. -The kitchen island will need taping off/protecting, as will the skirting boards. -The floor will need a light sand and clean. -The first coat of Bedec Acrylic Floor Paint in Light Grey will need to be applied. -Then there’ll be a drying time of 4 hours before the second coat will need to be applied, so the job may need to be done over two days. The area is approximately 40m2 and I’d like it done before winter sets in. I’m looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who takes pride in the quality of their work.

Painting and installation of coving and wall moulding/trims. The covings are made from polystyrene and the trims are made from pvc. The covings have to be installed across the flat and the trims only in the living room and bedroom. I have made the design for the trims, these should be the same way as in the photos. I have also put the measurements of the walls so it would be easier to quote. I have put the bedroom floorplan as I don’t have photos of all walls of the bedroom but you can see on the plan the sizes of all walls (the height in the bedroom is 2.5m and in the living room are 3m. I have a open plan kitchen and living room. Just one side of the wall I needed it painted to my chosen colour. Currently it’s midnight blue, I want to go light. I already did one layer of white paint on almost 1/3 of the wall. Just requires a first layer to cover the dark which dries within 15-20mins then I want my chosen colour painted over.

The job shouldn’t take more than 10 days or so, may be couple days more or couple days less. Paint will be provided. The doors and the ceilings also need to be painted also. There needs to be atleast 3 coats of paint as the walls and ceilings are freshly skimmed (cemented). The whole house would be painted white apart from one wall in the front room would be a different colour. You must be clean tidy professional and mostly experienced with tools.
