Hi, I need a small kitchen and bathroom painted. In the kitchen you will painting over existing paper and paint ceiling and skirting board and inner door frame. In the bathroom there will be a little filling and sanding then painting, again walls,ceiling, skirting and inner door frame. The living room will need to be stripped of old paper, lined and wallpapered. The wallpaper is a non matching vinyl textured paper. A small area of the ceiling will need painting. I will provide all paint, lining paper,wallpaper and adhesive. You will need all equipment including dust covers.

A few small house snags. Some tiles in the kitchen have come loose so need re grouting. The ceiling in the bathroom needs to be re sanded and painted in water resistant paint. Some tiles around the bath tap need to be re ceiled. And the wall behind the new radiator (removable) needs to be filled and painted in the bathroom.

I have began to paint rub down and fill a small toilet and bathroom but need a professional decorator to come and take over. They must be neat and able to give a professional finish. They should also be able to work quickly and not take numerous breaks.

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. The issue is in the corner where two walls meet the ceiling – the plaster has cracked and lifted slightly in a few places (see photos attached). The area affected is roughly 1–2 sqm and has been assessed by a decorator as not structural, but needing patching and re-skimming to achieve a smooth, paint-ready finish. We are currently having our kitchen refurbished but the installers aren't planning on painting the exposed walls (most will be tiled). We would need the light well and small area around the far door painted once the kitchen is finished. It is a bit of an awkward space and you'll need to provide your own equipment. I need a handyman who can repaint my kitchen cupboard. It doesn't need to be fully painted but some parts of if - mainly frames and 6 of its doors repainted. I've already taken off the paint from the frames badly and did some sanding but not perfectly. These need to be fixed first before applying proper prime and paint. I haven't touched the 6 doors yet, so the paint needs to be removed first. I have 1L water-based green pain I'd like to cupboard to be painted with and some paint brushes and paint rollers with tray that can be used. I also have some paint varnish stripper (about 700ml).

Polyfiller has been used to fill a 10cm square hole in the ceiling. This needs to be sanded down and smoothened before painting the ceiling.
