In need of a handymen / DIY to do general repairs / odd jobs (minor plumbing, small house upkeep jobs like painting, fixing shelves, etc) to work on a full day rate basis from 09.00 until 18.00. Prepared to offer £250 / day one-off excluding materials. This is not weekly job but on requirement basis only.

- Change / fix main door rim and overhead closing unit as the door slams - ⁠4 doors doesn’t close due to potential wooden expansion - ⁠Triton T80 electric shower water pressure issue. Either replace it to normal shower with both hot and cold water inlets or fix pressure.

Fire Door Replacements (6 Locations): Supply and install 6 new FD30 fire- rated doors complete with compliant ironmongery, including intumescent strips, fire-rated hinges, handles, locks, and self-closing devices. Doors to be fitted in the following areas: Ground Floor Front Room 1, Back Kitchen First Floor Front Room 2, Middle Room 3, Communal Area, Second Floor Attic Room 4, All doors will be installed to meet current fire safety regulations, eliminating excessive gaps and ensuring appropriate clearances. Ground Floor Kitchen Cleaning: Deep clean of kitchen cabinets, oven, fridge, and all surfaces, Ensure appliances are cleaned internally and externally and are in good working order. Communal Areas Cleaning: Deep clean of hallway, stairwell, landings, shared bathroom, and communal kitchen, Thorough removal of grime, stains, and debris for a hygienic finish. Attic Room (Room 4) Works: Supply and install a new radiator, connected to the central heating system, Supply and provide a manual Velux pole for window operation, Supply and install a short handrail at the base of the attic staircase to enhance safety. Garden and External Maintenance: Cut back overgrown vegetation and clear both front and rear gardens, Remove and dispose of all garden waste, Clean external window frame of the first-floor front room to remove scorch marks, Replace any damaged or perished window seals to improve insulation and appearance.

Fix dripping from back of toilet and from tap over sink; fix problem with continuous flaking paint on ceiling and patch on hall wall. Replace bulbs in ceiling spots in bathroom.

Property maintenance/repair during 26/10 - 10/11 for below: • Replace front bath panel with an UPVC cut open access. • Replace the broken bath wall panels with a cut open access door to drainage eyes. Varnish all bath panels with dark wood varnish. • Correct the sink to the wall with adhesive mastic where needed. • Filler the top wall behind the oven. • Put one white shelf up above the oven. • Hang 3 cupboards doors needed and correct all the screws tight on all other cupboards doors that needed. Hinges provided. • Remove old carpet and replace bathroom hallway with Vinyl. Vinyl will be provided. • Strip old carpets on stairs, sand down and varnish the wooden stairs

Investigate drain smell from shower cubicle - treat with your recommended bleach/disinfectant formula). Check drainage beneath shower tray. I will provide materials. Labour only please.
