Items to install: 1 x round mirror (80 cm diameter) – fixings already provided 2 x frames (49 x 64 cm) 2 x frames (44 x 54 cm) 4 x frames (30 x 44 cm) 7 x A4 frames (24 x 33 cm) I don’t have tools, wall plugs, or nails for the frames, so you’ll need to bring everything required (except for the mirror fixings) Walls are plasterboard but they hold a TV which is already mounted. Some placements are already measured and marked (pairs in living room and bedroom), so this should help speed things up. Someone pulled the blind off - it needs putting back up.

I have 3 roller blinds from Dunelm that need to be fit into a bay window. The blinds will need to hung from the ceiling. The length should be fine, but the width will need to be cut to fit the window.

To remove toilet seat (already loose) and install new toilet seat (we will supply the seat).

I have an ikea skadis pin board that I need help hanging on my wall. My boyfriend tried drilling holes in the wall to put screws to hang it and got one hole done but the other one the drill wont go through the wall so I really just need help drilling the other hole.

I have two windows that are not closing correctly and are in need of maintenance.

A small section of plasterboard is my bathroom has become wet and needs drying / replacing with water proofing

Vileroy and Boch toilet seat has become loose and is too difficult for us to fix as the securing bolts are “hidden” in the WC, so needs someone experienced with Vileroy and Boch toilet fittings please

Three internal doors in the flat no longer close properly and will likely need adjusting and possibly trimming. I also have one internal door that currently swings inward which I would like changed to swing outward into the corridor. There is an existing door frame that currently holds the door and prevents it opening outward, so the frame may need to be adjusted or partially moved to allow this. In total, this is work on four internal doors.

Replace.a kitchen sink that is leaking

I have a cupboard in which I would like to install a rail in order to use it as a wardrobe.

Tern GSD has a rear derailleur problem which is causing chain to drop off the guide wheel which carries it over the rear frame.

The string that opens and closes the blinds do not work (not raises and lowers) and needs fixing

Looking for someone that is experienced putting up coving. I have 10+ 3 meter length lightweight polyester coving lengths, 2 tubes of grip filling (you may need to bring more solvent free adhesive) and the room is 4 x 5 meters. Might be a 2 person job due to the length of the coving but I will leave to your discretion. I also have two ladders and a mitre box.
