Find a professional internal door contractor in London

Looking to install 5 oak fire doors through my flat. They'll just be slabs of wood (ie. what I think is industry standard?) from Leader Doors, so will need cutting to the exact size, hinges chiselling in, handle install etc. QUOTE - I'm collecting quotes currently so ballparked £100 per door. Won't be offended if this is out

Hi - we have a new door for our downstairs loo that needs a little bit taking off the height, then we’d like it hung and door handles attached. We have the handles and hinges etc. we have two sets of handles, happy to use whichever are easier. Just need done before Saturday.

We temporarily removed a standard internal door to move a large piece of furniture out of the room. We are now struggling to re-hang it correctly, it is not levelling up properly and will not close smoothly in the frame. The door, frame, hinges, and screws are all original and on-site. No trimming or planing should be required, as it fit perfectly before removal. Just needs an experienced eye to align the hinges correctly and get it closing properly.

We require x5 internal doors to be trimmed from the bottom and any rough edges to be sanded down, for increased ventilation / air circulation. x2 bedrooms doors and x1 kitchen door by circa 12mm, x2 bathroom doors by circa 15mm.

The door is detached at the moment I need it to open from the left to right (atm it has fixtures like the latch on the left of the door frame, basically pop that on the other side)

The door hinges have become damaged and are pulling away from the door. The timber around the hinge fittings also appears damaged, causing the door to hang incorrectly and preventing it from closing properly. The hinges might need to be replaced.

A small job for an experienced carpenter/joiner to hang a new internal door. The door has already been planed to size and fits the opening, so won’t need any resizing or trimming. I just need someone to: * Fit and recess the hinges into the door and frame. * Hang the door so it is straight, flush and operates smoothly with even gaps. * Fit a pull handle to the door (pull handle only – no latch or lock mechanism). The frame is already in place, and the door is ready to be hung. I’ve attached a photo of the opening. Tools: * I have tools available, including a planer and chisels. * Ideally, you’ll bring your own professional tools. Parking: * I’ll cover the cost of parking. Looking for: * Someone with experience hanging internal doors. * Attention to detail – I’d like the door aligned properly with clean hinge recesses and a good finish. Changing internal door hinges to modify opening side. No new part requires but a new hole for the handle and hinges will need to be made. Flexible on price as I’m unsure how much labour this entails

Hi all! I have a door, unsure wether it is the right size so will need to maybe be cut down. I have hinges and the handle needed.

Job is to swap back and re-hang the internal doors replacing the current fire doors. Including opening up a stud wall and putting double doors in the dining room. The doors are labelled as to which one goes in each room, so they should fit okay. These are the old doors originally present. So each of the doors will need to be re-fitted and all the doorways made good. Just as a note, some of the doorstops may need to be changed. With a few holes being filled where the door closers were. I would expect a job to take two days for someone that knows what they’re doing. Price is for labour happy to pay for any materials required. You’re welcome to use either the hinges fitted to the doors or the hinges fitted to the fire doors. There’s approximately nine doors, see photo
