Need help with the display screen. I am not sure if it is damaged or just a loose wiring/connection somewhere. Its blurry with vertical lines.

Got a sit up machine needs installing and a garden light up reindeer

One side of the cable machine is out of the rail and shows signs of wear and tear, so I will need to change the cable wire on that side. Pictures attached. Additionally, I have a bench that requires fixing due to a loose screw, which needs to be stabilised. Do you offer a check to all machines?
