Im planning to use the garage as a gym. The parts stay here, you don't need to take anything away. TOOLS - PLEASE READ This is not a flat pack job. Bolts are torqued to 70 to 90 N-m and several are rusted. You'll need hex bit sockets and a breaker bar or impact driver, not just L-shaped Allen keys. Several bolts sit in deep recessed counterbores so short keys won't reach. See the photos for examples. Please only apply if you're confident you can complete the full disassembly. If you turn up without the tools to finish it, I won't be able to pay for a partial job. TIMING Fairly open on times, morning to early afternoon is best but we can discuss. I'll take the cheaper quote from someone with good reviews.
