I need someone to remove my existing toilet seat and install a new one. The current seat is partially broken at one hinge, so removal may involve loosening or cutting stuck bolts. The mounting hardware looks accessible from the top and possibly underneath. One of the end of the curtain rod is coming out from the wall, needs to fix it.

1. Two TV's need to be hung on the walls. One of which has a bracket already on the wall but needs to be strengthened, the other needs to bracket to be installed. 2. The sofa is a modular (ready-made) one and needs to be put together. 3. IKEA furniture assembly - we have two small cabinets that need to be assembled and hung on the wall, along with 3 IKEA shelves (which need to be trimmed slightly by approximately 4cm and hung on the wall in between the two cabinets. There is a skip on site with all empty bozes to be cleared at the end of the job
