We’re looking for someone experienced in plastering and filling to repair the damaged areas, fill any holes and cracks, and leave the entire window recess smooth, even and ready for painting. Work required: * Clean and prepare the existing cracks. * Fill and seal the large vertical crack and smaller surrounding cracks using suitable exterior masonry filler. * Smooth and finish the repaired areas to match the existing render. * Paint the repaired areas with matching cream exterior masonry paint. * Supply all materials and leave a neat, weatherproof finish. The cracks have been present for several years. Photos attached. Please flag any underlying masonry damage or potential structural concerns before covering or repairing the cracks. Toilet seat - The toilet seat is brand new, but the tenants do not know how to install it. Please fit it securely for them. 4. Doorbell - The doorbell outside the house is no longer ringing.
