The mirror and shelves must be installed perfectly level, with accurate measurements taken before drilling. Precise positioning and alignment are important, particularly maintaining clean horizontal lines and consistent spacing where required. I need help repairing damaged textured Anaglypta wallpaper that has been damaged by cats. I need someone with experience of fixing ripped textured wallpaper. Someone who is able to use filler to fix seams and rips in the paper. Who can neatly sand back the current filler flush, splice in replacement patches of textured wallpaper, and apply a specialized white shellac primer layer over the walls to harden the surface. I will provide the shellac primer and filler, but you will need to bring basic sanding/patching tools. Looking for someone with great attention to detail to help hide the texture seams as much as possible. Small living room and hallway/landing/stairs.

Light socket/bulb holder - The bulb holder on the first-floor corridor is faulty and no longer holds a bulb. Please replace it with a new holder and fit a new bulb. 2. Window handle - The window handle is broken. Please see the attached photo. The window is currently not closing properly and needs to be fixed. 3. Toilet seat - The toilet seat is brand new, but the tenants do not know how to install it. Please fit it securely for them. 4. Doorbell - The doorbell outside the house is no longer ringing. It may only need a new battery. If so, please buy and replace the battery. If the bell itself is faulty, please buy a basic replacement doorbell from the local shop, and fit it. ...
