Light socket/bulb holder - The bulb holder on the first-floor corridor is faulty and no longer holds a bulb. Please replace it with a new holder and fit a new bulb. 2. Window handle - The window handle is broken. Please see the attached photo. The window is currently not closing properly and needs to be fixed. 3. Toilet seat - The toilet seat is brand new, but the tenants do not know how to install it. Please fit it securely for them. 4. Doorbell - The doorbell outside the house is no longer ringing.
