Hi, There are 2 tasks to be done: 1. Task 1: Matching Cornicing for 2 sides of 1 wall There is a wall that splits a room into two also dividing through the original cornice. I wanted to get matching cornice to this new wall to the original one in the room - photo for reference, 17ft x 2 sides of the new wall. 2. Task 2: Re-doing the canal on ceiling to fix 2 lights (from the new rooms). Currently, the two rooms were split in task 1, have a beading passing through that is protruding. What needs to be done is to make a canal to make sure no wire/beading/channel is seen protruding. 3. Task 3: Install a ceiling rose across 2 locations - I will buy them, just need to be installed. I have a polystyrene cornice in the hallway that needs removing - and the wall made good again.

Strip out old seal around bathtub, then re-seal. Sand down cornice in small bathroom (2×3m) then re-paint. Materials will be provided.
