Pull down chord broken on a wooden Venetian blind

1 x 150 cm wide blind for one window 2 x 120 cm wide blinds for the other window. In total 3 roller blinds for 2 windows. I do not own a ladder though i might be able to find one. I cannot provide a parking space. I prefer someone local because i am not able to pay the additional costs of C charge and parking. The walls are incredibly hard so you would need a powerful tool. I have a wooden slatted Venetian blind that you cannot pull up. It opens and closes only. See image of window. It’s the blind on the left.

The chain from my roller blind has snapped and come off the mechanism so needs to be fixed and re-fitted.

2 windows need blinds to be measured and purchased and fitted in Earl’s Court block of Mansion Flats. The flat is in 4th floor with a lift.

Concerning my blinds, they are venetian blinds and the top part has come away from the wall basically so I need someone to reattach that via screws. I also need someone to attach my light fixture to the ceiling.

One of the chords has become a little bit tough to pull and that has resulted in it becoming unsecured on one side at the top of the blind. Blind needs securing at the top and lubricating.

One of the chords of my blinds is fraying. They are not nylon. Might be cotton? Needs repairing. The remaining 3 blinds require inspection and repair as required.

The old set of wooden Venetian blinds needs to be taken down and removed (off premises by you) and a new set of similar blinds installed (which we have). They are 2cms wider than the original blinds so the old fixings need to come off and the new braces reset slightly further apart.
