Fixing 2 blinds 1 window and 1 door

Dunelm Venetian faux wood blinds to be put up 135width x 160 drop Window is measuring 132, may need trimming

The motorised blinds worked for a while and then started to misalign. One of the top ones the material has come out and the bottom one the screw has come out where it was holding the blinds and is opening at an angle. Now none of the blinds work.

I would like someone to put up white wood blinds in 4 rooms in my house
