The blinds are currently jammed and will not turn/tilt using the control chain. They are stuck in one position and the mechanism feels locked. Details: - Standard vertical blinds on a ceiling-mounted headrail - The beaded chain moves but the slats do not rotate - No visible broken slats – issue seems to be internal mechanism (tilt rod/carrier) - Blinds were working previously, no misuse What I need: - Diagnose the issue (likely stuck carrier/tilt mechanism or chain off cog) - Repair and realign mechanism so blinds can tilt normally - Replace any small parts if required (happy to pay for parts separately) I’m looking for someone with experience repairing vertical blinds, not just general DIY, as I don’t want the headrail damaged. I have four roller blinds that need removing (the brackets need removing first) with a drill, so that I can take them down and clean my windows (four windows). I'm looking for somebody with a drill, who will carefully (and with clean hands) remove my blinds, clean the outside of my windows (I'll provide window cleaner and cloths) and then replace the brackets and blinds in their original place. Coffee/tea will be provided:).

I need someone to come round and put some picture hooks up for me to hang some photo frames on (will require a drill) and also to put a blind up (that also requires a drill. If you could source the picture hooks that would also be helpful! If the blind goes up ok it would also be great if you could take the existing curtain rail down. If you can help me with these and you do a good job there will be other jobs off the back of this, I will show you if you can make it tomorrow!
