The lift and tilt cords have gone on all three so they won't raise, lower or tilt closed. Need all three restrung so they raise, lower and tilt properly, plus one split slat near the bottom replaced (or moved to the bottom / removed if a match isn't available). Ladder tapes are intact. I purchased a made-to-measure blackout blind from Bloc Out and it has broken. The blind is now stuck at an angle and will not go up or down properly. One side does not seem to be moving correctly and the blind/fabric appears to have come out of alignment with the side track. I’m looking for someone experienced with roller/blackout blinds who can diagnose the problem and repair it so that it opens and closes smoothly again. I have attached photos showing the problem. Ideally I would like it repaired rather than replaced, if possible.

The blind track/operating mechanism appears to be faulty. The blind itself is still attached, but the cord/runner mechanism is no longer operating correctly, so the blind does not draw smoothly along the track and the metal cord would drop outside the mechanism box when opening the blind.

One of the chords of my blinds is fraying. They are not nylon. Might be cotton? Needs repairing. The remaining 3 blinds require inspection and repair as required.
