We have a fairly tall kitchen ceiling (see photo). We need someone with a tall ladder to change 3 of the ceiling lights and also fit a smoke alarm battery.

Hi, I’m looking for an electrician to help with a few jobs. 1. Connect kitchen extractor fan (Photo 1) The extractor power point has a 3-pin socket, but the extractor itself just has loose wires. I need this connected properly either by fitting a plug to the extractor or changing the outlet to a hard-wired connection. 2. Change oven connection point (Photo 2) The wall outlet behind the oven is a hard-wired connection plate, but the oven uses a standard 3-pin plug. I need this changed to a suitable socket so the oven can plug in. 3. Replace ceiling rose (Photos 3 & 4) Remove the existing ceiling rose and install the new ceiling rose (already have this) 4. Check kitchen light switch wiring (Photo 5) This switch controls the main kitchen lights and the under-counter lights. The under-counter lights no longer work, which is likely a loose wire in the switch box. Please inspect and fix.

We have two outdoor sensor lights that I suspect have water in the system from the rain yesterday. They are low level on a staircase to the basement, so no ladder is needed The outdoor sensor lights are on the same part of the electricity circuit as our lounge, and that is in darkness as I have had to turn that fuse switch off

I have an induction hob and I ordered a new one however it needs to be hard wired.

The tile will need to be cut to suit the double socket on the kitchen wall.

My electric shower unit Triton T80 had its pressure relief go, which means there is pressure built up in the system or the showerhead. The pressure relief needs to be replaced, as well as the showerhead. Please give me a complete cost including the spares (showerhead should be a medium priced one, not the super cheap ones as that is what blew the relief..) and everything included, i will not renegotiate pricing after a deal is made, as the landlond needs to OK it. Looking at how much a new official showerhead costs as well as the pressure relief, i would also like to know the total cost of replacing the whole unit as some of them can be had (the same one, more modern i believe) in screwfix for £120.
