Hello Anna, Thank you for your detailed description and photos it is really helpful. My offer to empty the system, replace radiators and refill/bleed the system is £390. The third radiator does not need new valves. The top part is cold because it is full of air not water. It only needs bleeding. It will take most of the day, so this Sunday would be ideal for me, but if that does not work please advise on what day would suit you best. Kind regards, Simon

My aunt has an electric ottoman bed, there is power going to the bed as the switch is lit up, but the platform is not raising, the bed is recognising the button press from the remote as you can hear audible clicking sounds but nothing is raising up

The switch is broken and I can't turn the lamp on.

Fix electrics in bedroom (outlet is 'hot' and zaps me when touched) and two bulbs out in the bedroom which need to be fixed / changed. Also need help hanging a small/mediumish sized mirror and a small/mediumish sized disco ball, neither super heavy. We have a ladder but our ceilings are very low so might not even be needed.
