I need 3 dimmer light switches replaced with normal light switches. 2 x single switches and 1 x double as per pictures. I’d like the tradesperson to supply the switches too. Ideally a qualified electrician

The lighting circuit on one floor doesn’t work. It used to flicker and now all the lights are dead. The sockets work fine. From doing my research It is most likely a fault with the circuit and it could potentially be loose or a burnt connection.

Fix electrics in bedroom (outlet is 'hot' and zaps me when touched) and two bulbs out in the bedroom which need to be fixed / changed. Also need help hanging a small/mediumish sized mirror and a small/mediumish sized disco ball, neither super heavy. We have a ladder but our ceilings are very low so might not even be needed.
