We have a front door that is not shutting properly in the morning. It’s okay in the afternoon. We also have two cupboards which doors don’t close properly and we’d like this corrected

I have an opening in a partition wall that exposes a tiled void behind it, and I’d like to turn this space into a recessed ledge. The job will involve removing the central timber stud, lining the internal sides of the opening to create a clean recessed box, and finishing the edges with bead so it can be plastered/skimmed. There are already tiles behind, but a few are loose and missing so around 10 tiles will need to be added. I would also like the window at the top to be sealed shut and the glass to be replaced so there is no vent.

No idea on a realistic budget for this so just added the minimum price - We have 2 ikea cabinets which we want to box in so that they appear to be built in, and then add floating shelves above this. Probably a total of 7 shelves. Included an AI mock up for reference.
