Jose did a great job installing my washer and dryer and removing the older one. He was ready to replace the plugs with UK ones but in the end I decided it was better not to and use the adapters he brought. He was on time, kept me well informed, and was very kind throughout. Top heating element is stuck and wont unscrew i have tried but not moving, the tank has been drained down as far as the top element, only contact if you are 100%, you can remove, boiler is a pulsa coil model, drain valve also broke at the bottom, new elements are on site, if you can replace both that would be great
