I have built extension at home and never got around to finishing the bathroom ceiling and little walk in robe. The walk in robe is basically done just needs a little amount of sanding. The bathroom roof however needs to be fully stopped up and sanded. The ceiling is approximately 3.5m by 3.5m. small easy job. I will provide the 3 in 1 plaster.

To install a 2.7m wide outdoor window canopy blinds. Two brackets to be fixed to a brick wall first. Two holes have to be drilled on the brick walls for each bracket to be bolted on the wall. Then, the blinds assembly can be hanged between the brackets. See attached pictures. - Due date: Flexible

Hi all, Purchased my proptery awhile ago with an unpermitted old and leaking verandah (did not know at the time). It was renovated with modern materials and enclosed over the years so that it is more of a sunroom. Council have issued a building notice as the original verandah was unpermitted. Looking for a building surveyor/ draftsman to assist with all the necessary steps required to gain a building permit for the exisiting verandah. - Due date: Flexible
