I’m looking for a fully licensed and insured electrician to carry out the following electrical work at my home: Install a new switchboard (old one is in the picture) that can accommodate modern circuit breakers; Additional power points; Install new power points in the kitchen for dishwasher, fridge, and washing machine; Install a new double power point in the living room; Install new light on ceiling; The job is in an existent house where i would like to add a kitchenette, hence the works.

Looking for an experienced handyman for a few small Gyprock/plaster repairs and a king-size bed move. Work required: * Fill and patch approximately 15 small drill holes around the house * Sand and paint/touch up the repaired areas * Repair a small chipped/damaged section of Gyprock/plaster on an external corner, then finish and paint neatly * Dismantle one king-size bed, move it into another room and reassemble it I will supply the paint. Please supply the required patching/Gyprock materials and tools. The plasterwork needs to be properly patched, sanded and painted to a neat finish for an end-of-lease inspection.

I need a 55 inch tv mounted to a gyprock wall, there is also an aircon and power outlets attached to this wall so would have to be mindful of the circuitry when installing. I'm not sure if there will be extra work required due to the gyprock. I will provide the mount and any other materials you deem necessary.

Hello! We are after a professional plasterer to plaster in some patches on our wall. We have recently knocked down a wall in our kitchen which has left a long strip missing as well as a few other spots in the kitchen. We can provide the render.

Looking for an experienced renderer to repair and refresh my existing outdoor brick BBQ. Existing render is old and has fallen away/cracked in several areas. I would like all loose render removed, damaged areas properly prepared and repaired, and the vertical faces re-rendered/skimmed to give a neat, consistent finish. I am planning to install either stainless steel or another benchtop finish over the horizontal top, so I do not need the top surface decoratively rendered. It just needs to be made sound/level enough for the new top. I would like to retain the exposed brick feature around the centre BBQ opening if possible. Photos supplied.
