I need someone to smoothen my plastering and paint

We are looking for a general purpose professional for regular maintenance tasks in a house, and person to do multiple jobs on a regular basis. The type of tasks exemplify the regular activities needed. Looking for someone with attention to detail, that has great work ethic and that just does the job that needs to be done. Activities to start with: - Assemble 5 x JustPro Tools Cabinets; - Install an Air Filter in a room wall; - Fix grout in a shower wall (1 tile); - Assist owner clearing heavy items in garage. Preferred Time and Materials cost with day rate for ongoing relationship. Close to metro and free car park can be made available.

1m of Gyprock wall to be removed and finish off neat must be experienced

Mount a dryer on to a gyprock wall. We have the brackets. There was a dryer on the wall so need to remove the old bracket.

Needs to be licensed electrician

Build 2 partitions walls and install doors, skirting and also there will be part of a wall knocked down in the bathroom which needs frame ...no door required

Location is 79 Berry St in North Sydney Unit requires 3 power points installed - 2 in the kitchen and one in the wardrobe so I can use my vacuum. Would like socket to be the same as the other kitchen one (will send a better pic when home). Can do afternoons 3:30-5pm or weekend Thanks

Hello, See photos attached. I want to install x1 GPO and x1 tv antenna socket to the inside of my study wardrobe. The photo showing the GPO and TV point are in my bedroom and the wall backs onto the study cupboard wall where I want additional ones installed. 100mm thick wall, plaster each side. Note: I still want the GPO and TV point in my bedroom to be there and working, quote is for additional points to be installed to my study wardrobe.
