Upstairs motorised awning sticks when opening. Motor seems OK.

I after a quote to - remove the top 2 raised bricks around the edge of 2 paved balcony areas - Then squaring off with a grey render so that where the bricks were - becomes level with the grey tiles. I’ll then build a deck to link the 2 areas. There is 16 linear meters to remove, then render. Cost to include disposal of removed bricks Areas shown in green in pics are the areas to remove. - Due date: Flexible

Seal a new verandah deck. Some prep work may be required, ie cleaning and sanding but shouldn’t require much as it’s brand new. Seal with natural oil/colour is preferred, I do not want it stained a darker colour than the current Jarrah timber. Only one coat needed for now. Total area is 15m2. I will supply the oil/stain. - Due date: Flexible

Outdoor retractable elbow arm awning has been damaged. One arm has been bent and awning is listing on that side. Needs to be inspected for whether repairs/replacement of damaged arm is possible. Need someone specialised with these systems to do this. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 12 June 2023

An old sliding door has come off its rail and the awning broke off too. Just need the awning and sliding door fixed :) - Due date: Before Sunday, 11 June 2023

15 year old house coloured render cracking and bubbling in places. Need to replace or repair prior to rest of house being repainted - Due date: Flexible

Demolition of roof and replacement of rotten timber beams to shopfront 1. Demolish and take away 6no. beams and 1no. fascia (steel beam to be intact) and metal roof per photos. 2. Supply and replace beams and fascia in accordance with as1684 and markups on photos 3. Supply A frames and trellis for access rood and setup some temporary fencing to protect pedestrians Works to be completed in two days maximum with minimum 2 guys with white card.

Newly constructed 15m long outdoor bench. Cement sheet surfaces. Need to render it with a colour render so it looks properly finished - Due date: Flexible

Need one coat of paint in small section see pics. The 6 bits of timber coming down from the roof ( don't know what they are called) and that small area you see in pics. We have the paint and roller.

We are after someone who can build verandah. 3.5 metres from house and 7 metres length. Most wood will be from our current older deck so this will cut materials however will need concrete for stumps,stumps themselves bearer which we pay for are not part of the quo Job will therefore involve taking wood from current deck and building verandah. See pics. Just putting a placement price and will wait for quotes.

We need a new handrail or balustrade to the top of our staircase. It can be 3 pieces bolted to a concrete floor with the following lengths. 1.31m + 0.74 + 0.93 lengths It needs to be compliant to Australian standards with max 125 spacing and at least 1m from finished floor level taking into consideration the finished floor level will be approximately 17mm higher than it is now We want one made of hardwood timber similar to the photo attached to match our Victorian Ash engineered floorboards. We’re happy for it to be one continuous handrail with the corners mitred at 45 degrees All timber sizes can simply be 90x35 We also need 2 balusters to fill the gap between the steps as you can see in the photo too. Gap in staircase (between concrete slab and existing post and staircase) 860 wide x 660 high x 1060 raked Gap in staircase (to top of concrete floor) 1080 top of concrete x 820 wide x 1310 raked Please come and do a final measure. You can build it in your workshop and install it or you can build it on-site.

Roller blinds in lounge area need cleaning 4 of each approx 2.2 m wide with 2.5 m drop External retractable blinds need a clean- underside only and arms/frame - Due date: Flexible

This is a 2 storey old victorian house which has had multiple layers of rendering in the past. This is now cracking,and water is getting into one wall where the underlying brickwork is exposed. - Due date: Flexible
