We need… 1) 4 Holes to be patched for old outlets and 13 ceiling holes where the electrician cut out 2) 7 x Floor squares to be patched just well enough for a new floor to go on top of in areas electrician cut out 3) Closet to be built (back hall image) 4) Closet to be patched (demo closet image) I’ve just put in a holding spot for the payment price, please let me know a quote for all or some of the work

Electrically set up and wire a power board into garage that currently only has 1 x light bulb. I do not know where the power board/point is. It’s not obvious at all - charging e -bike - powering a fridge/other electrical equipment The light bulb works and I don’t know where the power comes from - will post photos tonight I don’t know where the powerboard is/where the lightbulb gets its power. I require a rough plan before installation as requested by strata. “Could you please ask the electrician to draw a diagram of the proposed location of the power point” So will likely need a quick visit to confirm the location of the PowerPoint and seek approval.

Re route existing outdoor power point to different electrical source. New cable and conduit length approximately 5 meters Hi, the job involves to drill a hole through a double brick external wall to allow the new electric cable to reach the power source situated inside the apartment. The power source is an internal power point. Connect new electric cable from this existing internal power point to the outdoor power point shown in the picture. Make sure existing outdoor power points are water proof, may involve applying silicon around them! Material necessary: - Approximately 3.5 m electric cable - Approximately 3.5 m electric conduit - Approximately 4 conduit elbows - Necessary amount of conduit mounting saddles to fix conduit to the walls please plastic not metal to avoid rusting issues *The 5m cable length mentioned at the start is wrong, the correct length is shorter and more close to 3.5 m
