Trim 4No. - 100mmx18mm MDF moulding to 2.5m length each and attach to gyprock wall with liquid nails, then screwing through to studs.

Remove 2 old Vulcan wall heaters (approx 600mm*450mm); swap 7 single power points to doubles; install approx 6 internal downlights; fix stuck switch, move 1 power point from front of wall to back of wall, install power point (inclu 15a?) to carport for author roller door & EV charging; install approx 4/5 down? lights to external eves for night lighting.

The awning is stuck open. The controls do not have any effect on the awning. There is no manual handle.

The ropes to our awnings, on the second floor are crap and have been worn away in the weather - and are now too high for me to easily replace. Also one awning has now come unspooled at the top after the rope broke. So replace ropes with not crap ropes and respool the awning. Thanks
