Plastering of studio walls and ceiling

Trim 4No. - 100mmx18mm MDF moulding to 2.5m length each and attach to gyprock wall with liquid nails, then screwing through to studs.

Remove 2 old Vulcan wall heaters (approx 600mm*450mm); swap 7 single power points to doubles; install approx 6 internal downlights; fix stuck switch, move 1 power point from front of wall to back of wall, install power point (inclu 15a?) to carport for author roller door & EV charging; install approx 4/5 down? lights to external eves for night lighting.

The awning is stuck open. The controls do not have any effect on the awning. There is no manual handle.

as outlined - replace awning ropes

The ropes to our awnings, on the second floor are crap and have been worn away in the weather - and are now too high for me to easily replace. Also one awning has now come unspooled at the top after the rope broke. So replace ropes with not crap ropes and respool the awning. Thanks

Plaster wall in kitchen

Replace two power points in the kitchen like the one in the photo below. Power point outlets will be supplied.

I pulled out a decorative archway in my house and am looking for a plasterer to patch up the roof, wall and replace the cornices. Either next week or from 9-12 April. Welcome quotes. I will do the painting myself so that’s not needed.
