I’m installing a new bathroom exhaust fan myself and need someone experienced with plasterboard to adjust the existing ceiling opening. The current cavity/opening is approximately 3 inches larger in diameter than the required opening for the new fan. I need the existing opening reduced and the plasterboard finished neatly so that I can install the new fan afterward. Scope of work: Reduce/modify the existing ceiling opening to suit the smaller fan Add any necessary plasterboard support/backing Patch and finish the plasterboard neatly around the new opening Leave the area ready for me to install the fan Please note: Fan installation, electrical work and ducting are not required. I only need the plasterboard/cavity adjustment and finishing work.

I'd like someone to install my new Soundbar underneath the tv (picture refers). I've managed to hide the power cord behind the tv and want to keep the same look for the soundbar, which will mean having someone poke a hole in the wall and going under the house to feed the power cord back in, behind the tv. It's also likely we'll need another power point behind the TV too, as currently it's just a one plug power point OR an adapter* I have the correct mount, as well as the sound bar. I'd need someone to bring two brush plates to keep the wall in good shape. Note there's only about 2cm gap behind the TV and we may also need to think about a recessed wall box behind the TV OR an ultra-thin flat plug/extension cord for side entry*. *If the latter easier fixes then I'd want to negotiate price down.

Looking for a licensed electrician to install a new weatherproof outdoor power point on an external brick wall. There is an existing indoor power point directly behind the proposed location, so hoping it should be a relatively straightforward installation through the wall (brick veneer). I have an old gas wall heater that I would like removed and disposed of. Once the heater is removed, there will be a large opening left in the wall that will need to be repaired/plastered so the wall is ready for painting (painting not required). Looking for a qualified tradesperson or bathroom repair specialist to investigate and rectify a possible leaking shower. An independent building inspection identified elevated moisture levels to a nearby window architrave with the shower suspected as the source of the leak.
