The plasterboard on the ceiling has a small section with mould. I require for you to first determine if the mould is caused by condensation or by a water leak, and second to clean / repair the plasterboard. I'm including 2 pictures: one of them is close-up.

I need a licensed electrician to install a power point under the kitchen bench inside the cabinet for my gas cooktop. The lead is already inside the cabinet.
