Hi! I’m looking to get a quote for some work in a small study nook in my apartment. There was previously a built-in cupboard in the space, which has now been completely removed. I’m wanting to convert the area into a study nook, but there are a few things that need to be completed first. The work I’m looking to have quoted is: Right-side wall/frame: A new timber frame needs to be built on the right-hand side of the nook so that it is flush with the existing left-hand wall. The frame would be approximately 660mm wide x 2400mm high. Plasterboard: Plasterboard needs to be installed over the lower section of the new frame, up to approximately 1600mm high. The upper section needs to remain accessible as the electrical/power box is located there. (Addon) Existing damaged plaster: There is some mould/water-damaged plasterboard on the left side from a previous flooding issue. (This is being dealt with separately as remediation work, but I’ve included photos so you can see the current condition of the space - also curious how much it would be to do this as an "add on" as the builder who is supposed to do this has been very hard to contact and its been months living with this mould) (Addon) Finishing: Some light sanding/removal of old caulking and preparation of the walls so they are ready for painting. Replace the gutter on a small second-storey window awning. Supply and install required. Patch few opened Gyprock areas to fix some plumbing issue

I have a wardrobe that needs new framework to be built and installed into it. Measurements of the cavity are 240cm height x 130cm width x 52 cm depth. I want to make it more functional and a better use of space. Would need a hanging rack, a few shelves and drawers. I’m open to different configurations. Pic 1 shows the outside of the wardrobe and the inside is currently a single hanging rack and a single shelf, see pic 2. Please note there could be 2 more wardrobes if I’m happy with the work.
