Network Technician – Mesh WiFi, Ubiquiti Links & Hikvision Cameras (Belmont QLD) I’m looking for an experienced network technician to assist with upgrades advice and consulting for improvements to the network assessment The property includes a main residence, front shed, and granny flat, and currently uses a mix of Ubiquiti wireless links, routers, and Hikvision cameras. 1. Improve WiFi in Main Residence • Internet connection at router (located in the main residence triple garage) is approximately 700 Mbps. • WiFi coverage throughout the house is poor and intermittent. • Require installation and configuration of a high-quality mesh WiFi system. • Target: minimum 250 Mbps wireless coverage throughout the residence. • House is steel frame construction, so experience with this type of installation is important. 2. Upgrade Network Link – Main House to Front Shed • Currently using a Ubiquiti line-of-sight wireless link between the main residence and front shed. • Current speed is approximately 70 Mbps. • Suspected bottleneck is 100 Mbps unmanaged switches at each end. • Need switches upgraded and network optimised to improve throughput. 3. Install Network Link – Main House to Granny Flat • Currently no connection between the main house and granny flat. • Need installation of a Ubiquiti point-to-point line-of-sight link to provide network connectivity. 4. CCTV Expansion (Hikvision) Existing Hikvision 16-port system with 10 cameras currently in use. Required: • Install multiple external cameras on the granny flat • Install 2 additional cameras in the front shed • Configure and integrate cameras into the existing Hikvision system. Notes I’m a builder, so I can assist with running cables, mounting equipment, installing conduits or antennas if required. Internet connection not working

We have an ex display model ASUS ZENBOOK 14 Oled. We're told we'll have install our own windows and start fresh otherwise they have this display account set up so people can try the laptop and look at it.
