I need my gutters cleaned out with gutter guard on bottom level of Townhouse. The dirt and leaves have broken down through the gutter guard and needs to be cleaned out. On one side of the the house the gutter guard strips need to be rescrewed back down on the gutter, Only a few strips.

I am looking for a handyman to repair a broken stormwater downpipe at my property. The damaged pipe is shown in the attached photo. A photo of an unbroken pipe is also provided for reference to show how it should look after the repair.

Please clean the gutter for a double story house, half of the house is single story and half double.

Single storey 4 bedroom home gutter clean required in Eltham 3095. Last done 6-12 months ago but we have gum trees so they fill up quick. No gutter guards. Super easy access to property and roof. Previous tasks have taken an hour tops. Would like pics of before and after. Complete asap.
