You will need a ladder to get from 1st story flat roof to 2nd story flat roof. I have a ladder to get to 1st story roof. Once on roof you will need to remove all bird nest materials and clean up including removing majority of bird poo from solar panels (gerni with pressure cleaner to achieve best result). Expected to take 4 hours min.

Need to install a new island type rangehood in a house in Glen Waverley. It is currently under renovation so work can be done relatively freely. There is no venting hole in the roof at the moment.
