Our solar installer installed a Dektite on the overlapping joint of the Klip-lock roof sheet. It's leaking, so we need to relocate the conduit and install a new Dektite. We will remove the Dektite, and the roofer needs to install the flashing to make it water tight.

Shed to be installed on narrow side of the house. Hinged door needs to hinged on right-hand jamb (when looking from outside) with pad bolt on left-hand side. Shed to be located on a flat area partly concrete and partly plastic floor system tiles (already laid) - see photo. Not requiring any anchoring (unless deemed essential).
