Licensed roof plumber to reroute and fix 2 downpipes of a brand new townhouse site. Urgent job. Must be completed in a day or 2. The downpipes are square 110mm not 100mm. Also attach drain from balconies to down pipes. Screw down flashing in balcony as it's sticking up a little bit.

Three bedroom 1930s house requires ceiling insulation to be installed. Prefer 4.0 or 5.0 poly. Area is approximately 100 metres square. The roof cavity has no existing insulation (a small amount of loose fill that will need to be removed/vacuumed) but has evaporative cooling ducts and an old hot water service to work around.
